What a Lucky Girl!

My Etsy Shop is finally open. I have a few aprons and totes in there so check it out if you have time.

Beth and I both hosted a VINTAGE SEWING GIVEAWAY to celebrate the opening of our Etsy shops.

The winner of my drawing will receive this vintage wicker sewing basket stuffed full of yellow and pink themed vintage sewing items.

This morning, without telling her why, I asked my youngest daughter to pick a number between 0 and 62. She picked 16. I said thanks and turned to leave the room, all the while she is asking, how come? how come?

Starting with the first comment that was posted on the blog entry announcing the giveaway, I counted to comment number 16. WELL, that lucky girl is Jen Duncan!!!!!

Come on down Jen and receive your goodies!! Oh, well maybe I better stick them in the mail! It’s a long drive from California to Virginia!

YAY FOR ME!!! I was busy over at the new etsy shop being your first customer! LOVE the aprons and SO HAPPY to have been sweet 16 in this drawing! YAY again!!!

(I’m in the medical field also — and I’m usually DROWNING in paperwork — UGH !) Keep creating and dreaming !! (I know sometimes it’s the only thing that stands between me and a lovely stay in the mental health unit!)
