What a fantastic idea! I just love how you did this, even using the pulls as an accent. I’m going to be looking for some old zippers. Would you consider a tutorial showing how you put these together? I’d love to know how long the zippers were too.
Thanks!
Sooo cute. I bought a bag of zippers, buttons, tacks, etc., at the thrift store the other day, may use a very faded turquoise one and try this!
Great creative thinking!

That’s your grade! This is just fantastic…I never even give a nod to the scads of zippers I leave behind at the thrift stores! Now maybe, with a purpose, they can come home with me next time.
What a fabulous idea! A+ Write that down in your grade book! LOL
No way! I just bought a bag of sewing stuff from an estate sale and donated all the zippers to the goodwill because I hate putting in zippers. That is just too cool!
That is the most creative thing I have ever seen done with a zipper.
Enjoying your posts on the vintage stocking. Got to agree with you on that this one was much to tempting to pass by. With long lists of things to do at this time of year and too many projects on the go, finding time for the vintage stockings has been the most amazingly enriching experience, meeting other talented crafters and seeing how they interpreted the theme. Which you have created a lttle beauty, she is sure to love it.
I see so much cool stuff on blogs, but I have to say that is one of the most creative yet! wow, I do love them.
