Great Buttons from the Quilt Fest

The Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival is over until next year.  -sigh-  My absolute favorite vendor was there again and her business name is Victoria’s Buttons.  The wonderfully talented Pamela takes gorgeous vintage buttons and turns them into beautifully delicate earrings and necklaces.

The color on this necklace and earrings is a stunning carribean blue!

I love mercury glass and vintage buttons are no exception.  These are so sparkly in person.

How stinkin’ cute are these little guys!

These little trotters are going to be tucked away till christmas, they will be a special gift for a special someone.

The color and sheen on these is just like a butter mint.

Did you notice this beautiful tin that I was using for a prop?  My BFF Beth just gave this to me.  I think it is just about the prettiest tin I’ve ever seen.

  1. Hi Suzy!
Those earrings are beautiful. The yellow are my favorite.
Glad you had a good time at the show.
I just saw your comment on Flickr (I’m new to the whole Flickr thing). I noticed your fabulous bag right off. That 50’s barkcloth really grabs your attention.
Oh, what we could do with that sewing machine. LOL

  3. I adore those earrings! I collect vintage buttons and I love petite dangly earrings, two favorites combined into one!
    That tin is scrumptious!

  4. The earrings are fabulous, indeed. I actually noticed the tin FIRST! Lovely – is it made by Daher?
