I had a crazy weekend, flying to Oklahoma and back. I’m back to work today, and tired already this afternoon. Since I don’t have anything new going on yet in my sewing studio I just thought I would share some pictures of my pretty tin collection. I love to use pretty, vintage tins around the house for storage. I use a lot of them in my sewing room to store everything and then some. I’m a sucker for a pretty vintage tin!
I just showed this one, it is my newest and one of my prettiest. A gift from my bud, Beth.
My pretty floral tins have really got me itching for spring. It is going to be 75 degrees and sunny on the coast of Virginia tomorrow. Time for that pedicure!
Wow! They are beautiful!! I had a great visit. Hope you can stop by soon! Connie

great tins-I have a weakness for them as well
enjoy the weather-hard to believe we will be much colder down here tomorrow and I’m laughing because I looked down at my knicked polish and decided it could stretch for another week

Hi Suzy,
Loved looking at all your pretty vintage tins ~ you have quite a nice collection! The first one is a delight and I was quite infatuated with the little round pink one (4th pic down), as well! I’m sure these have been so much fun to find and they are great for storage, too.

Your tins are lovely. I have a set of 3 of the pansy tins, but not in as good condtion as yours –mine have a bit of rust. I still love them. Thanks for the pictures; I enjoyed looking at your collection.

I love your tin collection. I have several favorites. The first, the one with the pansies and the one in the 5th picture down, on the right…looks like a fairy tale. Beautiful collection.

Very pretty collection. And I bet you know what is in each one of them (I would have to open every tin to find what I wanted and it would be the very last one)!

The blue and white hexagon, asian looking tin is the tin my Great grandmother used for her buttons! My mum inherited it and my name is next on the list! I have been in love with it ALL my life!!!

Love your tins! I spotted one that I have (floral with red lid)…I don’t have as many, but would love to find some as pretty as yours, esp. the first aqua one.
