Daylilies are just about my favorite perennial. They take the drought, the heat, full sun, shade, neglect and yet they reward you with blooms upon blooms over and over. As the name states, the blooms last only a day, but a well established clump with have 100 or more blooms during the season. My daylilies are gorgeous right now. I love them.

Thanks for sharing the Love. Daylilies have never been my favorite, maybe because I haven’t seen that many varieties. As a result of your glowing praise, I’m seeing them in a different light.
There are a few clumps on our property (we moved recently) that I suspect are lilies of some kind, and I’m curious to find out đŸ™‚

I love your new banner! Do you make all these yourself, you talented girl, you? I wish I had your abilities. I get bored with mine and want to change it. How on earth did you learn all that!

Gorgeous colors! I once bought a whole bunch of buckets of day lilies at a yard sale. They were a quarter a bucket and each contained many plants. All told, I spent less than 3.00 and filled up the front and back gardens. I still smile when I think of that sale. xxoo, Susan

I love, love, love daylilies!!! They ARE the perfect perennial!! I have one called Merry Christmas. It’s red and lime green. Normally I don’t like red in my garden but this is one spectacular daylily!
I love all the goodies you’ve been creating. Love the shell mirror and all the aprons….just everything!!
Warmest bear hugs, Aleta
