Today I'm leaving Virginia heading for Enid, Oklahoma. I'm going to Enid to help my FIL get packed and sorted for his move to Williamsburg. We are really excited to have him close by soon.
I'm really feeling that 70's vibe lately and I made a new tote for the summer that's definitely got that feeling.
I'll be easy to spot at the airport.
I'm going to miss my garden since I will be gone for 7 days. I've left strict watering instructions and I even created a map so that hopefully nothing gets skipped over. I don't want to come home to any crispy plants!
My seashell planters are starting to look really good. The plants are thriving and I love the colors.
The perennial border is looking good too.
Look at that terrier! She thinks if she sits really still right next to the bird feeder pole the squirrels won't notice her.
The patio is my favorite spot in the summer. I'll be back in a week.
Enjoy your long weekend!
Such a beautiful back yard! I need some trees!!!!
Good luck with the move Suzy, it can’t be easy for your FIL or your husband and you for that matter. My ♥ and best wishes are on the trip with you.
The yard is lovely Suzy! And that purse–you just have THE best supplies. Have a safe and happy trip.
That is the coolest dog! Guess what? I once lived in Enid. A long, long time ago. When I was in my late teens.
Have a good trip! I love your beautiful bag and your lawn and flowers! Hope you get some nice gentle rain!
How wonderful your FIL will be closer! This will give you and your husband much peace of mind!
Your yard is fabulous!
Your garden looks gorgeous,so does your bag!
Your patio is simply gorgeous! I can see why its a favorite spot.
And love, love that 70’s fabric bag! The yellow (embossed?) daisy at fabric at the top is FAB!
~love the purse!
Hope your garden is as lovely when you get home! It looks very peaceful.
Been gone too long, and I’m glad that I got a chance to come back and visit. Just in time for you to go on vacation. Yay for you! Sorry, couldn’t leave a comment on the manniquins, man those are creepy. I am really glad we don’t have cable.
