Take some Mod Podge, a thrifted wooden tray, my favorite jadite green paint, vintage gift tags and *voila*
I made this a few years ago and it always makes me happy when I unpack it at christmas time.
Check out what Sis Boom diva Jennifer Paganelli is doing with vintage gift tags over at her place. It's sweet!
Next go check out what else is happening on Vintage Christmas Monday by following the links over at Anything Goes Here.
Go ahead, you know you want to.
That tray is just adorable! I sooo remember those vintage Christmas tags! Bisous… Julie Marie

I’ve just started collecting old tags, and didn’t know what I was going to do with them all. I even have some that were written to me from my grandparents. This is perfect!
Happy VCM!

I love your tray. The old tags seem more Christmasy than the newer ones.

This is wonderful! Did you just use Mod Podge or did you spray it with something after you finished podging the pieces to it? Is Mod Podge enough to protect the tags from wetness?
Love the little trees that Jennifer made on her site. Love the sparkle.

Much better than keeping them in a box, opening the lid and saying, “These are so great! I should do something with them.” Which I do every single year.

Your tray is just sweet!! What a clever idea. Your very talented. I can’t wait to see pic’s of your Christmas decorating. It was last year that I stumbled on your blog and you had posted all about your trees and I fell in love!!! Made me smile for sure.
